Hugo Uys: Owner - This South African began his career as a top couturier in Johannesburg, dressing several winning Miss South Africa and Miss Universe contestants. After moving to the United States in 1998, Uys had brief stints with Donna Karan and Vera Wang, before concentrating on his other passion - fine food and wine. An owner of Paris Commune since 1999, Uys has infused the restaurant with energy and is the consummate host to local residents and celebrities alike. Uys is also a partner is the nearby Shag restaurant and bar, focused on fun and kitschy American cuisine and the owner of Ekoo, a line of deluxe clothing for dogs, sold nationwide through Bloomingdales and other retailers.

Laurence Isaacson: Owner - The most recent addition to Paris Commune, Isaacson was a British entrepreneur and restaurant visionary who "fell in love at first sight" with the restaurant when he spotted it across the park in 2002. Isaacson was the co-founder of the highly successful Group Chez Gerard, a national restaurant chain that owned and operated around 30 restaurants in London and the U.K. and which was sold in 2002. In addition he is also shareholder and director of the Ambassador Theater Group Ltd and a Governor and Main Board Director of the venerable Royal Shakespeare Company.

Jaime Martinez: Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer - The latest addition to the Paris Commune family, Mr. Martinez has spent much of the past decade in the restaurant industry, much of it as the controller for the Maccioni family from the famed Le Cirque/Circo Group in New York. Jaime is currently a business partner at Paris Commune, where he occupies the Chief Financial Officer post and is also Treasurer of the company. He has a degree in Foreign Trade from the University of Chile. )
